Information for DonorsCopyright: Daniel Zakharov
Thanks to the participation of numerous companies, foundations, and private individuals, the RWTH Education Fund supports excellently trained and committed students with a monthly scholarship for at least two semesters.
Various scholarships are bundled under the umbrella of the RWTH Education Fund. Students can apply to all of them via a central procedure. In addition to the Deutschlandstipendium, numerous company scholarships are also available.
Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in offering a scholarship program of your own.
Through the RWTH Education Fund students receive a 300 euros-per-month scholarship for one academic year. The university raises one half of this amount from private individuals, companies or foundations. The other half is provided by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
Excellent students who are distinguished by their talent and performance are sponsored. In addition to outstanding academic achievements, personal development, interdisciplinary, social commitment, and/or social background can also be taken into account.
The annual selection of scholarship holders is based on expert guidance from the respective faculties. The university encourages scholarship holders to establish long-term ties with their sponsors and, therefore, expressly welcomes students to re-apply.
